Barrio East is Latino styled funk
Inspired by Latino flavours, cultures and tailored with deliciously fresh cocktails from a drinks list that is seemingly sourced from just about every corner of the globe, Barrio East is bound to get your taste buds titillating as well as your feet moving.
The menu (you guessed it) is all Latin-inspired and is of course tasty. Our personal favourite here at iclublondon is the Chicharrones & Platoon Frito; Havana style crispy pork belly with fried plantains and black bean dip – yum!
The drinks are, as mentioned, tasty with the best of the cocktails being the ‘Cape Fizz’ – made up of Chilean pisco ABA, muddled red grapes, Xante pear liqueur, apple juice, lemon and a dash of soda. This drink is beautifully topped off with an apple fan garnish and some delicately placed grapes. It’s these fantastic Latin combinations which make Barrio East a massive hit amongst the regulars.
The music is eclectic and cutting edge, with an anything-goes attitude and a fun house party type vibe catering to a wide array of party goers.
